Transforming Pain into Purpose
Alchemy Collective was founded with a profound belief: that even our deepest wounds can become catalysts for transformation when approached with compassion, expertise, and integrative healing methods.
Founded by Morgan Grace, LCSW-S, LCDC, our collective brings together specialists in trauma, dissociation, chronic pain, and holistic healing to offer something truly unique in the therapeutic landscape—a place where cutting-edge psychological approaches meet body-centered healing in service of whole-person transformation.
Our Journey
Morgan's path to creating Alchemy Collective began with her own healing journey as a trauma survivor. After experiencing firsthand how limited traditional approaches could be for complex trauma and dissociation, she dedicated herself to finding and developing more effective healing methodologies.
After working in various treatment settings including hospitals, treatment centers, and private practice, Morgan recognized the need for a more integrative approach—one that honored the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit in the healing process.
Alchemy Collective was born from this vision: a healing center where clients could access multiple evidence-based modalities under one roof, where practitioners collaborated closely to provide truly comprehensive care, and where intensive retreat formats offered alternatives to the limitations of weekly therapy.
Since our founding, we've grown into a vibrant community of healers committed to supporting individuals through their most challenging life experiences and into greater wholeness.
Our Approach
Our therapeutic approach is grounded in three core pillars:
1. Trauma-Informed Care
All of our practitioners understand the pervasive impact of trauma on mind, body, and relationships. Our trauma-informed approach means we:
Prioritize safety and stabilization before processing trauma
Recognize and honor the adaptive nature of trauma responses
Work at a pace that respects your nervous system's capacity
Understand the neurobiological impacts of trauma
Address both big "T" Trauma and smaller "t" traumas
2. Mind-Body Integration
We recognize that healing happens through the body as much as through the mind. Our mind-body integration focus means we:
Address the physiological aspects of psychological distress
Help rebuild connection with the body after trauma
Use somatic approaches to access what talk therapy alone might miss
Support nervous system regulation as a foundation for healing
Integrate bodywork modalities with psychological approaches
3. Relational Healing
We believe that healing happens in relationship. Our relational approach means we:
Create authentic therapeutic connections that model secure attachment
Help repair relational wounds in a safe context
Support the development of healthier relationship patterns
Facilitate deeper connection with all aspects of self
Foster community and connection as part of the healing journey

Our Philosophy
Healing is possible. Even for those who have tried numerous approaches without success, we maintain an unwavering commitment to finding pathways to healing.
The body knows. Trauma and emotional experiences are stored in the body, not just the mind. True healing must address both.
You are the expert on your experience. While we bring specialized knowledge, you bring essential wisdom about your own life and needs.
Integration is essential. Different aspects of healing—emotional, physical, relational, spiritual—must be woven together rather than addressed in isolation.
Transformation takes time. We honor the non-linear nature of healing and provide the time and space necessary for deep change.
Connection heals. The therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful vehicle for healing attachment wounds and creating new possibilities.
