Family Intensive Retreats at Alchemy Collective offer a unique opportunity for families to heal relationships, resolve longstanding conflicts, and create healthier patterns of interaction. These custom-designed retreats bring family members together in a supportive therapeutic environment where difficult dynamics can be addressed safely and new ways of relating can emerge.

Our family retreats are particularly beneficial for families navigating major transitions, healing from shared trauma, addressing intergenerational patterns, resolving persistent conflicts, or reconnecting after periods of distance or estrangement. The multi-day format allows for the time and space needed to work with complex family systems that involve multiple relationships and interacting patterns.

Led by our family systems specialists, your retreat is tailored to your family's specific composition, history, and goals. The therapeutic process incorporates a range of modalities that may include family systems therapy, attachment-focused work, parts work, experiential exercises, and trauma-informed approaches. We create a balanced structure that includes both whole-family sessions and targeted work with specific family subsystems or individuals as needed.

Throughout the retreat, families learn to recognize unhelpful patterns, improve communication, develop healthy boundaries, process shared experiences, and strengthen attachment bonds. Many families report that the intensive format creates breakthroughs that would be difficult to achieve in traditional weekly family therapy. The retreat experience is followed by integration support to help your family maintain and build upon the positive changes as you return to daily life.
