Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) at Alchemy Collective is an innovative and powerful approach that combines the unique properties of ketamine with skilled psychotherapeutic support to facilitate deep healing and transformation. This specialized treatment offers new possibilities for those who have not found adequate relief through traditional therapies alone.

Ketamine, originally used as an anesthetic, has emerged as a groundbreaking medicine for mental health treatment due to its ability to create a temporary state of neural plasticity—essentially allowing the brain to form new connections and patterns. When combined with therapeutic guidance, this neuroplastic window creates opportunities for profound shifts in perspective, emotional processing, and the release of entrenched patterns.

Our KAP program is a collaborative partnership between Alchemy Collective and the Blossom Clinic, led by our founder Morgan Grace in conjunction with Dr. Qazi Javed. This multidisciplinary approach ensures both medical safety and psychological depth throughout your treatment journey.

Ketamine works on several levels to promote healing: neurobiologically through effects on key neurotransmitters; psychologically by softening rigid thought patterns and creating distance from overwhelming emotions; and through consciousness expansion, potentially allowing access to deeper aspects of the psyche. The therapeutic relationship provides essential support for processing and integrating the experiences and insights that emerge.

KAP has shown particular promise for individuals experiencing treatment-resistant depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), substance use disorders, chronic pain, end-of-life anxiety, and challenges with sense of self.
