Morgan Grace became a therapist after undergoing her own profound healing journey as a trauma survivor. Following years of deep personal work and transformation, she ultimately chose to leave her long-time career as a professional musician and dedicate her life to supporting others through intensive, embodied trauma healing. This devotion to deep, lasting change became the foundation of Alchemy Collective, where Morgan pioneered a groundbreaking concierge-style intensive retreat model that blends neuroscience, somatic therapies, and highly personalized clinical care. Her intensive retreats are now sought after nationwide and serve as a model for immersive trauma and addiction treatment that is individualized, relational, and deeply attuned to the nervous system.

Morgan’s clinical path spans a wide range of settings—including inpatient psychiatric units, treatment centers, hospitals, private practice, and the Texas prison system. Her work within correctional environments strengthened her understanding of systemic and intergenerational trauma, institutional harm, attachment ruptures, and the profound resilience of individuals navigating chronic adversity. These diverse experiences gave her a rare and multidimensional lens into trauma, addiction, and human survival, shaping the holistic and justice-conscious approach she uses today.

Morgan specializes in complex trauma, dissociation, somatic presentations, chronic pain, and nervous system dysregulation. She blends modalities such as the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM™), EMDR, somatic embodiment practices, trauma-conscious movement, polyvagal-based approaches, and integrative nervous system regulation. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing must be fully individualized—with no generic curriculum, no fixed agenda, and a deep trust in each person’s inherent capacity to heal.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker–Supervisor (LCSW-S) and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Morgan holds advanced trauma credentials including Level II Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), EMDRIA EMDR Certification, and certification in the Trauma Conscious Yoga Method. She is also trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and is a Certified CRM™ Practitioner.

Morgan is widely recognized for her ability to hold sophisticated, high-acuity cases. She consults internationally with therapists, treatment teams, and medical providers on complex clinical presentations, including dissociation, somatic trauma symptoms, family-system entanglement, and cases involving both trauma and addiction. She is also a conference speaker, educator, and thought leader, frequently teaching on trauma, embodiment, and integrative healing.

Dedicated to expanding the field, Morgan completed a research fellowship and is a published research author, contributing to the growing body of evidence on therapeutic change. Her academic work informs the rigorous yet deeply relational model that defines Alchemy Collective’s intensives and ongoing care.
