Natasha Castellon

Licensed Master Social Worker

Natasha provides specialized therapy for dissociative identity disorder, complex trauma, and cultural identity issues at Alchemy Collective.

Natasha Castellon is dedicated to supporting clients in their healing journey, whether they're seeking therapy for the first time or continuing along a path of growth. She grew up in Southern California and moved to Texas to pursue her Master of Science in Social Work. Her professional journey has evolved from Anthropologist to Therapist, consistently focused on supporting, advocating with, and learning from those seeking to create new paths of hope for themselves and their communities.

Natasha has worked in nonprofit spaces, trauma treatment programs, county substance use recovery programs, and college mental health settings. Throughout these experiences, she has found profound joy in joining others during life's inevitable uncertainties, hardships, and encounters with tragedy. She specializes in working with anxiety, depression, grief, identity development, family-of-origin trauma, religious trauma, disordered eating, interpersonal violence, and dissociative disorders, particularly Dissociative Identity Disorder.

As a multi-racial Latina born in a border city, Natasha deeply values the role identity, culture, and environment play in the healing process. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in Person-Centered and Relational-Cultural approaches, with a commitment to anti-oppressive frameworks. She incorporates aspects of Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, developmental neurobiology, somatic approaches, and Attachment Theory to support clients in integrating all aspects of their being—mind, body, spirit, and emotions—toward greater connection and embodiment.
