Ryan Kelli Lathe is a Texas Licensed Massage Therapist since 2012 with advanced training in John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release. She has spent more than a decade supporting prenatal and postpartum clients, children, professional athletes, and individuals carrying chronic pain or long-held tension patterns.
Motherhood profoundly shaped the way she practices. As the mother of her son, Logan, Ryan developed a heightened sensitivity to safety, pacing, and the subtle cues of nervous system regulation. That awareness guides her work. Clients often describe feeling steady, grounded, and deeply supported in her presence.
Ryan has completed extensive training in John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release, including Myofascial Mobilization, Myofascial Release I & II, Myofascial Unwinding and Advanced Unwinding, Fascial-Pelvis, Cervical-Thoracic, Women’s Health, Pediatric Myofascial Release, Fascial Cranium, Myofascial Rebounding, and a clinical Skill Enhancement Seminar. She also holds certifications in Deep Tissue Massage, Functional Neuromuscular Therapy, Prenatal Massage, and Myofascial Technique.
Her clinical focus centers on how fascial restriction influences breath, posture, and autonomic tone. She approaches the body with sustained engagement rather than force, allowing tissue and nervous system responses to unfold at a pace that feels safe. In addition to structural training, Ryan embraced ancestral values in shamanic wisdom and holds Reiki I & II certifications and advanced energy work training, which refined her ability to perceive subtle tissue feedback and regulatory shifts. She incorporates Biofield Tuning with calibrated tuning forks when appropriate to support nervous system stabilization.
Ryan values structured collaboration with licensed mental health professionals and is especially aligned with retreat settings where somatic work is thoughtfully sequenced alongside psychotherapy. She believes the body and mind respond most fully when held within a contained, multidisciplinary environment.
Her work is quiet, attentive, and restorative, grounded in the belief that the body releases when it feels safe enough to do so.
