Sarah Natsumi Moore, LPC-Associate
Sarah is an LPC-Associate with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seminary of the Southwest and completed postgraduate clinical training at Capital Area Counseling in Austin, Texas. She works with adults navigating trauma, ADHD, attachment wounds, identity development, grief, life transitions, and relational challenges through an integrative approach informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), existential therapy, mindfulness, and attachment theory.
As a biracial Japanese-American and third-culture individual, Sarah brings both lived experience and clinical expertise to work centered on belonging, cultural identity, cross-cultural transitions, and the complexities of navigating multiple worlds. She is known for warmth, directness, curiosity, and creating a therapeutic space where clients can explore difficult questions while building meaningful change.
Prior to becoming a therapist, Sarah spent fifteen years as a commercial photographer working with brands, creatives, and entrepreneurs. This background informs a particular interest in supporting artists, freelancers, and unconventional professionals navigating identity, purpose, burnout, and creative work.
