trî specializes in nervous system–based trauma and pain resolution, with a focus on
developmental trauma, injury, and neuroinflammatory patterns. They work with individuals,
families, couples, babies, children, and animals.

trî has an integrative approach to healing, resolving complex chronic pain and trauma by
working with patterns across all systems: structural, functional, nervous system, energetic, and
relational. They blend a comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology with energy
medicine, ceremony, and ritual.
Over the years, trî has studied many modalities in order to understand how different systems
speak to the same underlying patterns. Rather than working within a single framework, they
listen for where body-mind-spirit patterns converge, allowing their work to remain precise and
deeply individualized, especially in complex cases.
Having personally gone through a long recovery journey from debilitating chronic pain and
intense childhood trauma, they love helping people recover from complex issues by discovering
the root causes of their pain, as opposed to treating symptoms.
trî has a unique approach to healing, with extensive training in both integrative bodywork and
somatic-based emotional processing. They integrate top-down as well as bottom-up
approaches, to help rewire chronic pain patterns, trauma responses, and long-held tensions, as
well as unwind acute shock or injury to promote a smooth recovery.

trî’s practice is rooted in holding space and radical acceptance rather than fixing or overriding.
This approach supports agency, embodiment, and each person’s capacity to fully process their
own emotions, experiences, and patterns.
As a non-binary, queer, Korean adoptee who came to the US at age 6, trî understands
challenges related to identity and belonging. This perspective deeply informs their practice,
particularly in creating trauma-informed, inclusive spaces. They highly value creating inclusive
healing spaces, with particular focus on serving BIPOC and queer communities.
In addition to one-on-one work, trî teaches and mentors practitioners, and facilitates group
circles, with a focus on somatic intelligence, attunement, and practitioner presence. They also
offer teacher training focused on group facilitation, relational field awareness, and
transmission-based teaching.
trî is strongly committed to education and the sharing of embodied knowledge. They teach
Craniosacral & Polarity at IPSB (School for Integrative Psycho-Structural Bodywork) in Los
Angeles as well as through their online platform The Known Self.
