She tailors each session to fit the unique needs of her clients, believing that healing and growth happen through collaboration, self-discovery, and practical strategies that empower clients to find clarity and move forward. She specializes in helping clients address anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, focusing on building resilience and finding resolution.
She has additional training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Radically Open DBT (RO-DBT), allowing her to integrate different therapeutic techniques to best support her clients.
