*Heather is currently in the process of obtaining her LPC license in Texas. Heather has spent the last 25 years focused on the emotional and spiritual vibrancy of children and the child inside us all. She is a pioneer in her work, bridging the fields of counseling, spiritual direction, energy medicine, and meditative arts. Heather works with children, teens, and adults, as well as families and organizations. Her calling is guiding individuals to discover their unique voice, access their innate power, connect to their inner knowing, and remember the truth of who they are. 

In 2016, Heather founded Mindful Kids, a non profit organization that creates pioneering resources for social emotional awareness and awakening. Her writing was featured on mindful.org and in Root and Star children’s magazine for many years. Crying is Like the Rain, her debut children’s book was released September 2020, from Tilbury House. She is currently working on her next book, 13: My Golden Year, a middle grade coming-of-age story.

You will place at the altar, both literal and figurative, all that you are prepared to purge, and welcome the insight and clarity destined for your development.
