I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy, with additional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), mindfulness, and interpersonal neurobiology. My approach is active, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating depth-oriented exploration with practical tools for healing.
I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, fertility and women’s issues, parenting stress, relationship struggles, and adjustment challenges. Many of my clients carry the weight of early attachment wounds or relational trauma, and together we explore how past experiences shape present struggles and future possibilities.
In our work, I aim to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel both supported and gently challenged. My style balances reflection with active engagement, weaving in body-based and mindfulness practices to help foster clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I believe therapy is a courageous journey toward reclaiming your voice, healing old wounds, and creating a more authentic and fulfilling life.
