Taylor approaches therapy as a collaborative, tender process that balances untangling past experiences with rebuilding a meaningful future. She creates a space where every aspect of a client is welcome—the protector, the critic, the dreamer, and the exhausted survivor who isn't sure where to start. Together with her clients, she rediscovers what remains alive within them—their strength, hope, and capacity for joy—to build a life that feels authentically theirs.
Her work begins with the body, which carries the weight of one's story in ways words often can't express. Through Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, she helps clients gently uncover those stories held in physical tension and movement patterns, creating space for ease and connection. She also employs EMDR to address stuck memories and beliefs, loosening their grip and helping clients reclaim those parts of their lives to move forward with clarity and strength.
Taylor specializes in working with survivors of sexual violence and abuse, complex trauma survivors, queer, poly, and gender-diverse individuals, men seeking to explore vulnerability and emotional expression, and those dealing with chronic pain and illness. She understands that healing is not a linear journey but rather a dance between grief and joy, between unraveling and reweaving, focused on finding one's way back to wholeness.
